This form sends a request to a human for ownership verification and follow-up; submitting it does not delete or disable your account.

Uninstalling AfriChat or signing out does not delete your account.

Lost access to your number or account? Use this form to contact the recovery/privacy team. Do not send a passport, password or one-time code in an ordinary support message.

You do not need an AfriChat account to contact us. Support is not an emergency service and is not monitored continuously. Do not wait for a support reply when someone needs urgent help.

Please do not include your password, SMS/OTP codes, full payment-card details, identity-document images or detailed medical records. Give only the information needed to explain the problem.

Use the in-app report/block controls where available, or select the appropriate category above. Include a relevant account, post or message reference. For suspected child abuse, do not download, forward or upload the abusive material; provide the location/reference and a brief description. See AfriChat’s child-safety standards.
